As Program Director of the Master of International Business, I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some key information about La Trobe University and the latest program to be offered by the Graduate School of Management.

The Master of International Business is an internationally recognised qualification that exposes comparatively recent graduates, from a wide range of disciplinary areas, to the needs and requirements of successful business. Graduates from this course are well placed to enter industry or government with the fundamentals of business clearly understood.

The course is taught by highly qualified and committed academic staff with international operations, research and teaching experience. Staff teaching in this program have an excellent track record at teaching in the post experience education sector, have a high level of research outputs and work closely with local industries here in Melbourne.

When studying the Master of International Business you will be given the opportunity to explore the links between the major business functions and their role in an international business and commerce setting, in preparation for a career in an international business environment. Units offered in the program will introduce you to the macro to micro environment of international business focussing on areas including marketing, management, finance and managing people.
