Professional involvement

I am collaborating with Dr. Elena Kulinskaya of Imperial College, London, and Professor Stephan Morgenthaler of EPFL, Lausanne. I will be visiting the latter on an Outside Studies Program in 2009. I am an Invited Speaker at the International Symposium on Asymptotic Methods to be held in May, 2009 at the University of Georgia, as well as an Invited Speaker to the Conference of The International Statistical Institute, to be held in July 2009 in Durbin, South Africa. In 2005 I was visiting Professor in the Departamento Estadistica, Carlos~III Universidad de Madrid.
Research interests

I have a long-standing interest in Robust statistics, but more recently have been working in the Foundations of Statistics, in particular evidentiary statistics; and Meta analysis.
