Welcome to LUPA Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting

Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting will be held on Thursday 15th October, 2009 at 6:00pm – 9:00pm in Board Room, Union Building

This meeting is open to all postgraduate students and is an opportunity to stand for the LUPA committee.

Nomination forms and meeting papers can be obtained from the LUPA office. All nominations must be lodged before 12:00 noon on 14th October, 2009.

Following the AGM, a special general meeting will be held to discuss following constitutional amendments: the interpretation of constitution, associate membership, office bearers’ job descriptions and remunerations, President’s term and candidature, VGSF, cheque signatories, staff’s responsibilities and rights, and election voting procedure.

The meeting will be followed by a dinner. RSVP and bring your student card. Come along and give your input into your organisation.
