Become a 'Friend of LUPA'

In addition to the staff and committee members that make up the LUPA team, LUPA wants to invite you to become a ‘Friend of LUPA’. A Friend of LUPA is a volunteer, whether postgraduate or otherwise, who is interested in contributing to LUPA.

Your contribution could take on many forms. For example, you may be particularly skilled in information technology and are willing to consult with LUPA when a need arises. Perhaps you would be willing to help set up a room for an event or even devote a few hours to post flyers about the LUPA seminars. It is important that LUPA have contacts with diverse skills so that we can serve the postgraduate community better.

Friends of LUPA is also a way that LUPA can recognise the contributions of people who are not necessarily part of the committee and staff structure but who aid the assocation in some way. See our profiles for a list of current Friends of LUPA.

How do I become a Friend of LUPA?

To become a Friend of LUPA, simply drop us an email at lupaoffice@latrobe.edu.au expressing your interest. We will arrange to meet with you so that you get to know more about LUPA and the people behind it and we get to know more about you!
