Since its first days, La Trobe University has been committed to the arts and its cultural activities. Today it holds one of the most significant University Art Collections in the country. Its Museum of Art continues to deliver an exciting program of exhibitions for local, national and international audiences. It boasts three exhibition spaces over two campuses. It continues to teach Art History and Visual Arts and Design.

You can help support our initiatives and collections.

Financial donations to support the work of the Museum can be made through the La Trobe University Foundation. These donations will go towards exhibition development, publications and acquisitions.

Contributions of works to the Art Collection can be made as direct donations or through the Federal Government's Cultural Gifts Program. In this way, La Trobe University is able to acquire valuable works of art that otherwise would not be possible within acquisition funds.

If you would like to support the University in these aims please contact the La Trobe University Museum of Art Artistic Director.

We look forward to developing new and ongoing relationships with all of our supporters to enrich the University’s cultural mission and grow its important public art collection.
