Welcome to LOCATE, the La Trobe Online Clearinghouse of Aged Care Teaching Essentials.
LOCATE
is a funded initiative of the Australian government. It aims to provide
a clearinghouse of primarily Australian aged care resources which are
useful to students, teachers and clinicians from 2006 onwards.
The resources may be textbooks, reports, audio-visual resources, research reports, websites or more recent formats such as online audio streaming or podcasts. This clearinghouse does not replace or replicate electronic databases such as CINAHL. Please contact your local librarian to find out which nursing or healthcare databases you can access locally.
Access to LOCATE will be provided to Australian nursing students, teachers, and clinicians. If you belong to any of these categories and do not yet have access then get in touch with us via the Contact Us link provided.
