Remote support
In the first instance you can call or email the ICT Service Desk where your enquiry will be logged and, if not resolved by the Service Desk, escalated to the LMS Support Team.

The LMS Support Team in ICT aims to resolve all issues within three working days. In exceptional cases, it may be necessary to escalate further to the LMS product manufacturer. In these cases, the client will be kept fully informed of progress.
Face to face support
In addition to scheduled training sessions coordinated by The Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Centre, the LMS Developer hosts regular “Drop In Sessions” at the University’s three major campuses. Staff can drop in to any of these sessions to get started with the LMS or to sort out any difficulties they may have encountered. Scheduled sessions will be listed on the homepage.
Pedagogical Support
Educational Designers are located in each of the Faculties and are available to assist you in developing approaches to blended learning.
