Training and Demonstrations
Training in the use of the Learning Management System is run regularly during student free times of the academic year (semester breaks etc) and is free of charge. You are strongly encouraged to attend training as experience has shown that students of trained academic staff require less support in the online environment. All workshops are conducted by an experienced trainer.
In addition, training can be customised to suit the particular requirements of a School/Department. Contact the LMS Developer to discuss a customised training workshop.
PC Lab Training
Training in LMS Basics, Gradebook, Quizzes, Groups and Groupings, Assignments and Turnitin are currently being scheduled for prior to semster 2 2012. Collaborate and PebblePad training is also scheduled (TBC) to be run.
