Dr Bradley holds a special place in linguistics at La Trobe as she was the first head of Linguistics, when it began as a section of Philosophy in the early 80's. Dr Bradley is the author or co-author of several publications.

Dr Bradley has also carried out extensive research on Slavic and Asian languages, with major publications in various areas of syntax and sociolinguistics. She is currently involved in a major project on endangered languages in China and Southeast Asia.

She regularly participates in our research seminar series.
