Walking east from Science Drive, with the R L Reid (Agricultural Science) building at left, the new 6 level La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science Building, with its stunning "molecular" design theme, and state-or-the-art laboratories and facilities, appears at right. Passing the sweeping stairway, which leads to the first-floor main entrance of LIMS, we walk along the north side of the new building, past the large picture windows of the main lecture theatre, to a covered outdoor meeting area facing spacious gardens. Turning right at the eastern end of the building, we walk between the Borchardt Library and LIMS toward the Physical Sciences 3 Building, with the Agora just beyond. Turning right again, we walk along the south side of LIMS, with the Physical Sciences 3 Building to our left, toward the Physical Sciences 4 Building, which adjoins the south-east corner of LIMS.

Starting off from the north-west corner of Agora, we walk north, with the Borchardt Library on our right and the Physical Sciences 3 Building to our left. We arrive at the south-east corner of the new 6 level La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science Building. Passing beside the long stairway, which leads to the first-floor eastern entrance, we walk below the bridge which links the Library concourse level to the LIMS first-floor eastern entry. As we pass LIMS we stroll to the left, onto the spacious lawn area and meeting space, with LIMS and its stunning "molecular" design theme, and state-or-the-art laboratories and facilities, to our left. The R L Reid (Agricultural Science) Building is across the gardens, at right.
