Collecting publications and non traditional research outputs
It is time for the annual submission of your 2015 research publications and non-traditional research outputs into the My Publications database. Each year we collect these research outputs to maintain a record that is used for Excellence in Research Australia (ERA) reporting, for our Academic Workload Planning System (AWPS) as well as for several other internal and external reporting requirements.
Please log into My Publications to:
- claim all your authored and co-authored works
- manually add any missing publications or creative works for 2015
- submit the accepted versions of your articles and other evidence
The deadline for your submission is 30 April 2016. For assistance or for more details please contact the Library Research team:
Research publications in the following categories are required to be submitted:
- book chapters
- conference proceedings
The publication must have been published in the most recent completed calendar year and there must be a La Trobe University affiliation (including Bouverie, MDFRC, etc.) on the publication.
In addition, the following Creative Works and Research Reports are also to be submitted and are defined in line with the ARC guidelines:
- Original Creative Works
- Live Performance Works
- Recorded / Rendered Creative Works
- Curated or Produced Substantial Public Exhibitions and Events
- Research Reports for an External Body (new)
While the Library Research Team has responsibility for training and coordinating the collection of research publication data, through the My Publications system, the Research Office is responsible for all reporting by department, research centre or college and the submission to the government.
