How to pay for photocopying
La Trobe students and staff
Your student or staff card gives you access to a Transact La Trobe account. If you are a first time user you need to register your Transact account. You can then pay for photocopying by loading credit onto your card at a Transact La Trobe reload station or online using your credit card.
Visitors and CAVAL users
Visitors and CAVAL users will need to purchase a $2 rechargeable (non-refundable) card from a Transact Card dispensing and reload machine. This will have enough credit to copy three A4 sheets. It can be used for both photocopying and printing. Take note of the card number in the bottom left hand corner. You will need to provide this in case of difficulties or loss of the card.
In Shepparton, visitors and CAVAL users have no access to photocopying facilities.

How to photocopy/Getting help
Instructions are on the notice boards near the photocopiers. If you have any mechanical difficulties, contact a staff member at the Inquiry/Loans Desk.
Note: Transparencies must be of an approved quality. They are available for purchase from the Loans Desk at the Bendigo campus and Albury-Wodonga campus, and from Image La Trobe or Cafe Digital at the Melbourne campus.
