Melbourne campus extended hours

(Extended hours only operate during semester)

During extended hours, students and staff can use all levels of the Melbourne Campus Library, including designated postgraduate study rooms.

Students who wish to study after midnight can do so in the Student Hub on 4 nights per week during semester and exam periods.

To enter the Library after 10 pm, and to gain access to the Student Hub from midnight to 7am (Tuesday to Friday), you must register your student or staff card - 24 hours before you need access - by completing the Access Registration form.

If you have not received access after 24 hours, contact Security directly on 9479 2012.

If you have already registered for extended hours access to the Library in 2014, you will automatically have access to the Student Hub between 00:00 (midnight) and 07:00 (7am) Tuesday to Friday.

You will need to re-register for Library extended hours/Student Hub access at the start of each year.
