Client Satisfaction Survey 2014
Every two years the Library conducts a formal Client Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback about your experiences of the Library's facilities, print and digital information resources, in-person and online services.
Your input counts. The information we gather through this survey helps to prioritise what we need to improve to support you better in your learning, teaching and research.

- What could be better?
- What is really important to you?
The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete, perhaps a bit more if you add comments. We encourage your comments, and please feel free to add more detail on issues that concern you. With your help we can solve them!
Chance to win a prize
By completing the survey, you’ll have the chance to win a valuable prize:

To be in the prize draw you’ll need to add your name and email address at the end of the survey.
Winners will be announced on the Library website on 21 May 2014.
All La Trobe University Library users are invited to participate in this survey: undergraduate and postgraduate students; academic and professional staff; domestic and international students; at all campuses and locations.
The survey closes on Sunday 18 May 2014.
Survey results will be communicated to all University students and staff in June. Improvement initiatives undertaken in response to the previous Library survey in 2012 are available here.
