Unit details
View the details for each unit by clicking on their name in the unit list. Lectopia units names will contain the year the subject is being taught, the subject code, the code for the campus the subject is being taught at (BU = Bundoora, BE = Bendigo, AW= Albury Wodonga, MI = Mildura) the semester in which the subject is being taught (1 = semester one, 2 = semester two, S = summer semester) and the time of day the lecture occurs (D = day, N = night, O = online).
Verifying and Editing Unit Details
The Unit Details page can be used to review and verify each item on your unit’s recordings schedule. If a change needs to be made to your recording schedule other than skipping or cancelling a recording, you must contact the ICT service desk.
You can edit information relating to the collection of recordings contained in the unit by entering data into the unit details fields.

To the right of the recordings list you are presented with fields where you may enter or edit unit details. A question mark icon is displayed to the left of detail fields explaining their function.


You will need to select the ‘Update’ button to save your changes.
Changing/enabling unit display features
Under ‘Unit Options’ you may elect to enable certain features such as Lecture rating, or change the way recordings are presented to students in the LMS by selecting options under ‘Display Options’.
To save any unit details changes you must click the ‘Update’ button before navigating away from the page.

Generating Student Usage Reports
At the bottom of the page the Student Usage Report section allows you to generate various reports for a specified date range. Reports can be downloaded in CSV formats, which can be opened using most spreadsheet software.
