Lectopia Staff Tool
The recording schedule
On the left hand side of the unit details page you will find your recordings list. The list displays the unit’s recording schedule in date order.

Attaching related files to recordings
The media column allows you to upload related material for display alongside a specific recording. The media column is intended for uploading associated files that may supplement the lecture recording such as PowerPoint slides, Excel spreadsheets, images, Word documents etc.
To attach associated files click on the ‘upload’ link in the media column of the specified recording.

Recording status
The status of your recording should be ‘scheduled’ until the recording has been made, it will then say ‘uploading’, before ‘compressing’ and then finally ‘available’ when it is ready for viewing.
