Brief profile

Dr. Bill Keeton is a Lecturer in the School of Business at the Albury-Wodonga Campus. As a retired United States Army Officer (Lieutenant Colonel), he has an extensive military background in the area of leadership, management, and logistics involving several military campaigns. His PhD was titled "Managing Community Engagement: A Cross-Case Analysis of Water Organiztions in Victoria, Australia". His PhD thesis received the Nancy Mills award for excellence in 2017.  His research interests are in the area of leadership, supply chain management, community enegagement, communication and conflict resolution.
