Brief profile

 

Dr Paula Baron is Chair of the Common Law at La Trobe University and recently completed a three year term as Head of the Law School.  Prior to this, Paula was Dean of Law at Griffith University and, earlier, was the first woman professor appointed in Law at Victoria University Wellington.  She has published nationally and internationally in the areas of contract law, intellectual property, legal professional ethics, legal education, company law and gender and the law.  She is the General Editor of Law in Context.
