Family Law

Family Law is a diverse field that encompasses a broad range of social and legal issues that pertain to the family. Areas in which our academics have expertise are parenting decision-making, family violence, the interaction of disability and family law decision-making, legal parentage, the legal regulation of assisted reproduction, and the law's treatment of transgender children.
