Law and social regulation

This is a diverse field which includes the way in which law, policy and practice are shaped and operate in a number of fields. Areas of specialty include: indigenous issues, refugees, immigration, health, medicine, disability, labour, social security, the civic realm and state control and environment. The field encompasses theoretical approaches to such regulation.
