Corporations law

The subjects of this research specialisation are entities created by or recognised in law, especially corporations.   Attention is paid to the law as to their formation, dissolution and regulation, their relations with external parties, their internal affairs, and the constitution and regulation of markets for property derived from their existence.  Both theoretical and practical approaches are adopted, and the law of a number of jurisdictions is considered.
