Brief Profile

Mr. Venkat Narayanan joined the School of Accounting in 2007, after holding a lecturer position at Macquarie University, Sydney. Venkat's research interest is in the role of accounting (especially management accounting) in facilitating (or hindering) change towards greater societal and organisational sustainability. Venkat teaches second year management accounting with a focus on the role of management accounting in sustainabilty both in an organisational sense and societal sense. Venkat is currenlty working on his PhD titled "the role of management control systems in organisational change towards sustainability".
