Brief Profile

Daisy Chou joined the Department of Economics and Finance, La Trobe University in February 2008. She gained a MBA in finance from Ming Chuan University (Taiwan) in 2001, and completed her PhD at Queen’s University Belfast in July 2008. Daisy’s research interests are in Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and Financial Market. Her current research focuses on corporate governance mechanisms on Asian markets, and capital structure and merger and acquisition activities on American economy.
