Effective Communication for the Global Workplace

Unit code: BUS4COM

This 15 credit point elective is aimed at international students studying the Double Masters Program in MBA and IT/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering.  

Students will:

  • develop a range of competencies to effectively communicate in the global workspace,
  • analyse and apply effective writing strategies appropriate for relevant professional contexts,
  • work collaboratively and reflect on communication skills and processes which enable teams to be successful,
  • develop academic skills and strategies for success in test taking,
  • critically reflect on and evaluate ethical principles in academic and professional environments.
