- Mary has worked and managed in the social work field – in schools, generalist and relationship counseling, case management and trauma.
- Research interests encompass rurality, ageing, life history/narrative work and end of life issues.
Research Title
Life Review and Advanced Care Planning in Rural Communities
A study investigating the feasibility of an intervention linking the telling of life stories with a discussion about future advanced care planning and end of life care in rural communities with competent elderly individuals.
