Staff can benefit from the UniSuper fund at La Trobe University. UniSuper is the industry superfund dedicated to all those who work in Higher Education in Australia and the research sector. We are committed to professional and career development of all staff. Existing staff development activities and opportunities are being expanded to include areas such as leadership development, personal effectiveness and team development.
Performance review and improvement
Our staff are reviewed annually to ensure they are following a professional and career development plan, and are managing their work tasks effectively.
Employee assistance program
The employee assistance program ensures that staff have access to assistance to aid with workplace or personal issues. This is available to all La Trobe employees, and their immediate family.
