Proxy Information: Internet Explorer

Back to Proxy Information

If the web browser you're using is Microsoft Internet Explorer (Vers.5 or greater), you need to enter the following proxy settings in the browser's preferences.

1. Startup Internet Explorer
   
   
   
   
2. Go to the "Tools" menu
3. Select "Internet Options"





4. Select the "Connections" Tab





5. Click the "LAN Settings" button
   * Check the "Use automatic configuration script" checkbox
   * For "Address", enter: "http://proxy.latrobe.edu.au/proxy.pac"
   
   
   
   
   
6. Click ok to close all dialogues.
