Small refurbishments and room alterations form

This form is for requesting quotes for small refurbishments and/or minor room alterations. Approval from your Dean or Director is required before any assessment will be preformed.

Once the assessment has been completed a representative from the Infrastructure and Operations Group will contact you to confirm the costs and whether the works can be carried out.

The cost of these works, if they proceed, will be paid for by your department.
