Sponsored students
Sponsored students are students who receive financial assistance from a government, organisation or company (not private individuals or relatives) to undertake studies.
La Trobe University currently supports over 500 sponsored students from around 90 sponsoring agencies.

Accepting an offer
Sponsored students accepting an offer from La Trobe will need to indicate this in the appropriate section of the Offer Acceptance Form (PDF 12KB), and will need to submit a letter of guarantee from an authorised person within the sponsoring organisation on the sponsoring organisation's letterhead.
La Trobe International's Sponsored Programs Coordinator (SPC) at the Melbourne campus will contact your sponsor and once the sponsorship registration is approved, the SPC then serves as the central contact between the student, sponsor and the University.
