La Trobe Award
Got some free time and want to make it count? We offer a range of interesting community engagement opportunities for international students to get involved in the local community, gain skills and experience, network, get training and exposure to the Australian culture and community in action.
Through the La Trobe Award program, international students gain credits towards a bronze, silver or gold award on their university transcript.
We offer on-campus and off-campus projects in a range of diverse and interesting fields from festivals and events, to working with the elderly, teenagers at risk, Victoria Police, and local community groups. No previous volunteering experience is necessary.
