La Trobe University Indian Students' Club
The La Trobe University Indian Students’ Club is run by current Indian students from La Trobe and is designed to assist international students from India adjust to their new life in Australia. Features include:
- Website including information for new and current Indian students
- Regular on and off-campus activities and events
- Networking and opportunities for friendship and social activities

Make E-Friends with La Trobe students via Facebook!
Transitions @ La Trobe is a pre arrival Facebook support group for incoming international students to use before arriving in Australia. The program will assist with your preparations and build your confidence upon arrival. Once you have accepted your offer to study at La Trobe you will be emailed an invitation to join the group. Within the group you will have access to a group of current international students called E-Friends who will be available to answer the questions you have about living in Australia and studying at La Trobe.
You can also make contact with other new international students who will be beginning at La Trobe at the same time as you. Through the group you will have access to information about the University and the upcoming International Welcome Festival Orientation. You can also read all the questions and answers the other international students are asking.
The group will open from the beginning of 2010. If you have accepted your offer and have not received an invitation to join the group by 15 January 2010, please email studentsupport@latrobe.edu.au.
