Complete your application - directly or online

Applying Online

  1. Access the International Student Information System (ISIS) and register as a new user.

    Once you have entered and submitted your details online, you will receive an email from ISIS notifying you of your username and password which you will use each time you log into ISIS to view your application.

    Once registered, you can start the process of entering your application online.

  2. Scan and upload into ISIS: 
    • Copies of your academic qualifications (in English translation – officially translated by approved translator, and native language)
      Please Note: you will need to submit your originals or certified copies of academic qualifications to La Trobe International before or at the time of accepting your offer.
    • Evidence of your English language proficiency.
    • Any other information specified in the entry requirements for the course(s) you have chosen 
    • Any supplementary application forms required.

Applying Directly

  1. Download and complete the relevant application form

    IMPORTANT - Please remember to attach the following:
    • Original or certified copies of your academic qualifications including a full statement of results (in English translation if required.
      Please Note: if you are emailing your application form you will need to submit your originals or certified copies of academic qualifications to La Trobe International before or at the time of accepting your offer.
    • Original or certified copy of evidence of your English language proficiency.
    • Any other information specified in the entry requirements for the course(s) you have chosen.
    • If you are applying for Advanced Standing, please also attach your course syllabus.

  2. Download and complete a Supplementary Form if required.

  3. Post, fax, email or deliver in person your application form AND accompanying documentation to the relevant La Trobe International Office:
