Taking University equipment off campus/overseas

Employees and students taking University equipment off campus and/or overseas are requested to complete the University's Loan/Hire Agreement form.

The University property is covered under the Industrial Special Risks policy and subject to varying excesses as displayed in the ISR Summary (page 2).
