Travellers who require assistance while overseas should contact:

There is no need to advise Chubb Customer Care of minor incidents unless an overnight stay in hospital or an evacuation or repatriation is involved. In emergency cases, it may be difficult to advise Chubb Customer Care prior to medical attention being administered; but they should be notified as soon as possible after the incident so they can ensure the traveller is receiving the best medical attention available.
