The vision of the Infrastructure and Operations Group is to work together to support the University's strategic priorities and business activities by providing the required infrastructure, residential and facilities services.
In this context, the delivery of infrastructure and capital projects is carried out within the support framework of Compliance, Custodianship and Customer Service.
Compliance
Ensuring infrastructure is designed and built in accordance with OH&S and building regulations while managing residences to relevant acts and regulations
Custodianship
Supporting La Trobe University’s vision for the future by offering resource planning, developing major and capital projects, sustaining the physical environment.
Customer Service
Maintaining functional amenity and serviceability of the University's infrastructure and improving the staff and student experience. Delivering quality communication and development by having a quick response time and face-to-face communication with our customers.
La Trobe University Master Plan Framework
Following an extensive process of input, plan development, consultation and feedback the Melbourne and Bendigo Campus Master Plans Frameworks are complete and ready for adoption by the University Council.
These Master Plan Frameworks provides the University with a planning framework for physical infrastructure development required at the Melbourne and Bendigo campuses in response to La Trobe University’s strategic and operational needs.
