This site provides easy access to publicly available tendering opportunities. Applications should be submitted in hard copy to the address stated in the tender documentation. Electronic responses will only be accepted if the project tender documentation has allowed for this option.

Contractor's induction
La Trobe University recognises its obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and is committed to promoting a healthy and safe working environment. All contractors must meet certain requirements before commencing work on site and this includes completing the La Trobe University's online Induction Program.
To complete the online Contractor induction and assessment enter the username and password details shown below.

Contractors Photo ID Card
The contractor must print the Contractor Induction and Assessment Certificate and take to the Facilities Maintenance Office for a photo ID card to be produced prior to the commencement any of works. If you require more than 2 people to be photographed at one time, please call the Facilities Maintenance office on 9479 2017 to arrange a suitable time.

Consultants and suppliers
If you are a consultant or supplier wanting to submit your company profile statement please send an electronic copy to the Infrastructure and Operations Group enquiries desk at io-enquiries@latrobe.edu.au. The Infrastructure and Operations Group will retain this information and contact you if further information is required.
