In2science primary/secondary outreach programs
Primary/secondary roadshow
Starting in 2011 and run with funding from Boeing, this roadshow introduces students in Grades 3-8 to the world of science.
Schools visited receive a Science Show followed by two of three workshops (chosen by the school). These workshops include Freaky Fluids, Food Analysis or Electronics. The visits run for aproximately 90min including the activity sessions and presentations.
In2science Peer Mentors run the activities in an engaging and informative manner. Visits currently take place during the end of Term 4.

Primary roadshow
Starting in 2010 and run in conjunction with Quantum Victoria, our primary outreach program introduces students in Grade 5-6 to the world of forces.
Titled 'May the Force be with you' this roadshow visits different regional areas, helping engage students in science.
The visit involves a 90min activity session of workshops and presentations, introducing students to the concept of forces through interactive workstations where students investigate different types of forces. In2science Peer Mentors run the activities in an engaging and informative manner. Visits currently take place during the end of Term 4.
