Get involved in In2science
The In2science program is a great way for teachers and university students to engage the next generation of young scientists and mathematicians.
School participation is currently limited to government schools focussing on science and mathematics classes in Years 5-10. Once schools become involved in the program we aim to maintain and build the partnership by placing In2science Mentors each semester.
Teachers
Teachers wishing their school to be involved in the program should make contact with a member of the In2science Team to make an expression of interest. For more details about what's involved and the benefits to your school, see Schools & teachers.
University students
University students wishing to participate in the program and become Peer Mentors must meet the following criteria:
- Be a current student at a participating university
- Be studying a science, mathematics or engineering related discipline
- Have completed at least one year of an undergraduate degree.
It does not matter if you are a full time or a part time student or a domestic or international student.
For more details about what's involved and the benefits to you, see Peer Mentors.
Applications are made through the online application process.
Alternatively you can find out more about the program by contacting the respective In2science Team member from your university.
