Enrolment and Orientation fee: is a compulsory fee for all students enrolling at La Trobe University International College.
Accommodation Placement fee: for finding suitable accommodation. Students using this service must complete the relevant section on the application form, and return the the Accommodation form sent with the Offer and Acceptance Letter. NOTE: there is a $50 re-placement fee for the 2nd request for change of accommodation.
Airport Arrival service: Students booking this service must complete the relevant section on the application form and return the Airport Transfer request form (including flight date, time and number) sent with the Offer and Acceptance Letter. To change or cancel the booking you must notify the College at least 72 hours before the arrival time you had booked for. If you book and do not use the service, or fail to notify us of changes or cancellations you will not be refunded the service fee.
Group Coordination fee: see Study Tours
Carere Fee: is compulsory for student under 18 years of age, studying on a Student Visa, until they turn 18.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC): is a compulsory Health Insurance plan for students who are on a student visa. OSHC is provided by WorldCare. Rates are calculated monthly according to the duration of your initial enrolment. Fees valid at 1 June 2009 and are subject to possible increase in 2010. Please refer to OSHC Worldcare for further details.
Homestay - full board
Minimum stay - 4 weeks. $215 per week.
- Bond: $300
- Includes breakfast and dinner daily, plus lunch on weekends.
- Does not include: telephone, internet, transport
- Normally paid directly to the host family
University Residential Colleges (2007 fees)

International College and Residential College fees are subject to possible increase in 2010.
