Students studying at La Trobe University International College must be over 17 years of age. Students under 18 years of age must have an approved carer during their studies. - Choose your course and start date

When we receive your application form we will send you an Offer and Acceptance Letter. You must sign and return this form along with payment. You can pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), bank draft (made payable to La Trobe University), or by electronic transfer to:

Account No.: 13 3774NOTE: for students also enrolling in a La Trobe University degree course (‘package offer’) must pay a non-refundable deposit (A$1000) and include the International Programs Office Acceptance Letter along with the application to the International College.
Students requesting accommodation placement and/or airport arrival services will receive the Accommodation and Notification of Arrival forms with their Offer and Acceptance letter. These must be returned at least two (2) weeks before arrival.

- On receipt of payment an (electronic) Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be sent. You will need these to complete an application for a student visa (ask the Australian Embassy or Consulate, or your agent, what kind of visa you should apply for (student visa, visitor visa, or working holiday visa). In some countries you need a preliminary visa assessment (PVA) for a student visa. Check whether you need a PVA. If you need it, send the course fees together with your PVA.
- If you cannot attend your course once you have enrolled you must let us know by fax, telephone, email or letter. English language students must advise us at least 4 weeks before the course starts, while Foundation Studies and Diploma Program students must advise us 2 weeks before the start of the course, or all or part of course fees may not be refunded (see Refunds Policy (PDF 35kb)).
- On the start date of your course come to the International College by 8.45am: Foundation and Diploma Studies students to register and take part in Orientation program; English language students to sit the placement test.
