Professor Jim Mansell

Professor of Applied Psychology of Learning Disability and Director of the Tizard Centre at the University of Kent, England.

Professor Mansell has been involved in the research and development of community-based intellectual disability services in England and Wales since 1970.  His research focuses on deinstitutionalisation and community living, the organisation of services and challenging behaviour.
