Professor Krupkova is the author of over 40 scientific papers and 1 monograph (published by Springer) on global variational analysis, geometric theory of differential equations and geometric methods in physics.

Her scientific results concern Hamiltonian theory in fibered manifolds, geometric structures related with variational equations, generalizations of metric and symplectic structures on manifolds, and differential equations with differential (non-holonomic) constraints, including applications in higher-order mechanics, special and general relativity theory and classical field theory.
