Dr Ian Hall

Dr Hall is currently a Lecturer in the School of International Relations at the University of St Andrews . His current research examines the ethics and politics of war, the history of international thought, and contemporary international theory.

The principal outcome of Dr Hall's IAS Fellowship was the researching and writing of the book chapter, entitled ‘Avenging Evil in International Relations: A Reconsideration' .
