While at La Trobe Professor Ngcongo wrote two papers “Whole School Development in South Africa : Lessons and Challenges.” And “Synergic Inquiry: its effectiveness in partnership: A case study of the Durban South Whole School Development Project”. She also worked closely with members of LUPA, the La Trobe University Postgraduate Association.
