In 2009 the Institute for Human Security co-hosted a very successful conference on the Millennium Development Goals with ACFID (Australian Council for International Development), supported by AusAID (The Australian Agency for International Development), and we are continuing this cooperation with the Development Network, an interdisciplinary network for academics, practitioners and policy makers interested in international development.
