I’m probably enjoying my politics subjects the most. They’re really interesting and make me think about ideas that I have never considered before. I’m really enjoying media studies as well. I like being able to analyse the role of the media and I like that the course material challenges me and helps me consider the industry in a new way.

I feel that the focus on just humanities and social sciences subjects in the first year is providing a really strong foundation so that when I begin education subjects next year, I know a fair bit about the subjects I will one day be teaching.

I find that the academic staff are really helpful. If you have any problem, want to understand the material better or need a hand with an assignment plan, they are more than happy to help you out.

La Trobe is a really great uni to go to. The subjects challenge you and help you think about new ideas you’ve never thought of before. It’s also really nice to come to a uni with all the trees and nature there is at La Trobe.
