Prospective Postgraduate StudentsHow to apply (Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents)Coursework Degrees - Application procedure(1) Application forms are available from the Faculty Office at the relevant campus, Albury-Wodonga Tel: (+61 2) 6024 9827, Bendigo (+61 3) 5444 7225, Melbourne (Bundoora) Tel: (03) 9479 2023/2336. Prospective students can also phone the Faculty Office to request application forms to be sent out to them. (2) Submit with the application an original transcript or a certified photocopy of your complete academic record and proof of identity (birth certificate or passport). If you are about to qualify for a degree or diploma you must submit an original transcript or a certified photocopy of your complete academic record as soon as it becomes available. Only applications with complete documentation can be considered for selection. If the transcript does not specifically state that you have qualified for the award, other evidence that you have done so must also be attached. (3) Hand in the application in person or mail it to
the Faculty Office at the campus you wish to study at by the closing
date which is the end
of January (for Semester One) or end of June (for Semester Two). However,
late applications may also be considered. Campus contact details
are located at www.latrobe.edu.au/humanities/staffcontacts.html Higher Degrees by ResearchApplications to become a Master's or Doctoral candidate by research may be submitted by local students at any time. Applicants for Doctoral candidature should already hold a Master's degree or have completed an Honours Bachelor degree at a very high level of achievement. Applicants for Master's by Research candidature are usually required to have completed an Honours degree or Master's Preliminary. Applications for candidature may be downloaded from the Research and Graduate Studies website after contact is made with potential supervisors. for a scholarship is the end of October each year. Other applicants may
apply at any time.
