Brief profile

Ibrahim Abraham joined the Centre for Dialogue as a part-time research assistant in November 2012, shortly after completing his PhD in sociology at the University of Bristol. His research has primarily focussed on the role of religion in secular social spheres such as sex, banking, and rock’n’roll. Trained in qualitative and quantitative research methods, he has also taught sociology and cultural studies at Monash University, the University of Bristol, and the University of the West of England.
