Research projects

David is a recipient of the DM Myers University Medal for his research focussing upon creative word communication. He continues to explore how we read typographic form in all its diversity, application and accidental placement. His current research analyses how art making and advertising relate to the communication of word messages. He considers the relationship of conceptual creativity between the deliverer/designer and the receiver/interpreter.
