A Faculty working group has been working with the Nous Group on developing a draft vision and strategic objectives designed to deliver reforms in undergraduate, postgraduate and research.
Focus group meetings for student and staff are now underway.
Rebuilding the Faculty's functional support
Work has commenced with the University's Organisational Development Unit to support the Faculty's professional and administrative team leaders and their teams to transition to the new structure and indentify ways to better support academic staff and their students.
Rebuilding the Faculty's governance structure
A draft corporate governance framework has been completed and this has been endorsed by the Faculty's Executive Committee this week.
